@ChristianMission you either need to take a course on virology/epidemiology or you’re purposely spreading misinformation. The US has 90k deaths and worldwide there is 300k deaths. US accounts for 30% of deaths. US doesn’t even have 5% of world’s population. There’s no way its per capita deaths is one of the lowest. Also, US was short on PPE and short on testing until very recently. Why did it take months for testing to get anywhere close to satisfactory? Not to mention the administration 2 weeks earlier projected 74k deaths by August and now we’re looking at probably 200k deaths by August. I usually don’t waste time arguing with trump supporters but you would have to be extremely stupid to not see what’s going on here. You need sufficient protein to build up immune system and reasonable amount of exercise(heart pumping like always but a bit of quicker and sweat a bit)
He meant not eating too much in a meal but you can have multiple meals in a day like 4 or 5 times. That’s a common norm for Chinese to do to stay healthy.

CCP Troll several small meals a day can help keep the metabolism up. As long as you’re careful of how many calories per meal & make sure they are as healthy as possible. Snacks of raw fruits, veggies, & nuts are a great way to keep your body healthy & your tummy full. Also, remember to drink water throughout the day. If you must have a salty snack, try lightly salting your veggies. I like a little garlic salt & olive oil on my raw peas from the garden. Making your own salad dressings & sauces at home is another way to get lots of flavor into your foods without all the extra stuff that slows you down.

What would you think about if the whole world shut their door to you americans when you know you’re absolutely healthy. Complaint about the shut down of boarder is at the beginning of this pandemic when no one can anticipate this virus is so infectious, and now the chinese gov itself have shut down their boarder to all foreign travelers, yes you can always criticise their reaction when you know what will happen, but when you try to make a decision at that moment of time, its very hard.
