  1. The simple answer could have been that β€œwe’ll definitely discuss this issue internally and we’re willing to help in whatever we can do.”

  2. Strange how Harry – who of all the Queen’s children and grandchildren has the most genuine military service – is the only one (other than Andrew for different reasons…) not in a military uniform

    1. @gardensofthegods it had nothing to do with the time they served in the military. It had everything to do with your service to the crown. Most military titles the royals hold are symbolic and not earned on the battlefield, but granted by the monarch. Harry left his position of representing the crown, he lost those military titles, it’s as simple as that. He was allowed to wear the medals he earned on his own merit.

    2. @David Johnson the titles and the uniform that were taken away from him did not belong to him, it belonged to the crown, he had them, because he served the crown, not because he earned them in the military. If you look closely you will see he is wearing the medals he earned by himself during his military service.

    3. @wanakone voravong Nobody has taken his medals away! member of the Royal Family wear uniforms because they have royal patronages of different services and regiments, for example, the Princess Royal is the Colonel in Chief of the Royal Signals

  3. Umm, the Princes William & Harry also walked behind their grandfather’s casket a little more than a year ago, didn’t they?

  4. I wish for once commentary on the Royal family would stick to the point at hand ….This was the Queen being taken through the streets of the capital of her country, and not a occasion about Harry megan or william or diana !!!! RIP Queen Elizabeth ll you truly was an incredible head of state, one the UK will never see again ….I wish the King the best.

    1. Exactly and Trisha Goddard is practically unknown in the UK. This has been a difficult time for CNN as they did not anticipate the overwhelming public response to the death of a greatly loved Monarch.

  5. She was a great monarch and one that was a part of keeping peace and not WW3. If you know her story. She had to be strong and silent at times, and that is not easy for most of us. Hope and pray πŸ™ that she rest in peace and happiness to her family. RIP our Queen πŸ‘‘. From the Bronx NY

    1. The arrangement, which was concocted in the 1970s, was used in effect to create a state-backed shell corporation which is understood to have placed a veil of secrecy over the Queen’s private shareholdings and investments

  6. We are witnessing the final important link to the 21st century passing. Truly the end of an era and one of the final pillars of the British Empire has passed. The world is unlikely to see anything like this again- the biggest funeral ever for the world’s most famous and most photographed woman of any era. No other country could match the spectacle of the pomp and ceremony on display from the British State.

  7. As a Brit, I have always been quite ‘ambivalent’ about the UK Monarchy. On balance, though, in the case of our late Queen Elizabeth II, her total, unprecedented, selfless and dedicated service to the UK and the Commonwealth over 70 years can never be questioned! She was a truly inspirational person – and fully deserves this (‘magisterial’ – but unbelievably ‘costly’) send-off! I hope that our Monarchy continues under King Charles III – but he needs to seriously and significantly reduce the cost of it to ordinary British tax payers!

  8. I understand that King Charles III did not even have a chance to sborve the shock of his mother’s sudden death. It is surprising how he is trying to cope with taking over as Kkng and preform all the duties he has to do before and after the funeral. Bless him πŸ™πŸ™

  9. I couldn’t stand Charles until I watched “The Crown”. Much more understanding towards him now. I would hate to have to grieve so publically.

    1. @Walter Shumate Following the Queen’s intervention, the government inserted a clause into the law granting itself the power to exempt companies used by β€œheads of state” from new transparency measures. It requires ministers to alert the Queen when legislation might affect either the royal prerogative or the private interests of the crown. She was the first royal to ever put this in place. 2. @KingCake1003 πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚absolute rubbish
You can’t even tell me what she had to do with the Yemen famine πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  10. Why all the fuss about King Charles being a human first before being king. The man clearly has a right to act or react to situations just as anybody else.

  11. I am super impressed by the horse in the procession, keeping step with the soldiers. Great training, and a great rider.
