    1. 🤞🤞🤞🤞.
The fun part will be seeing the white supremist and racism supporters get triggered over it.

    2. Confederate pride take down that statue than a thousand of the enemy statues will fall.

    1. @RFI-Crypto Lab well okay . its fake in america . but itr reality around the world thx rfi , for your comment

    1. Nobody on either side fought for you. They fought for their state. That’s the way people thought back then. According to memoirs written then people of that time thought of their state as their country, there was almost no loyalty to the United States.

  1. A descendant of Robert E. Lee stepped down as pastor of a small NC church after his comments supporting racial justice sparked a backlash.

The general’s distant nephew, the Rev. Robert W. Lee IV, issued a statement saying he resigned from Bethany United Church of Christ in Winston-Salem after the congregation decided to put his tenure to a vote.

Some church members were not comfortable with Lee’s remarks during the MTV awards when he introduced the mother of Heather Heyer, who was killed in Charlottesville while protesting against white supremacy.
“We have made my ancestor an idol of white supremacy, racism, and hate,” he said on the music network. “As a pastor, it is my moral duty to speak out against racism, America’s original sin.”
Although Lee issued an apology to church members for causing them pain with his remarks, he said he continues to “strongly support” removal of monuments to his ancestor and other Confederates…

To me, this is proof that some Christians only talk the talk.  But there are some who actually walk the walk like this pastor.  Kudos to you Reverend Lee.

At the end of the Civil War, President Lincoln could have had Jefferson Davis, Robert E Lee, all of his generals, and all the leaders of the Confederacy, hung for treason. And if you review history you’ll see that’s usually what happens to the side that loses in a civil war. And it would have been within Lincoln’s power to do so. But Lincoln didn’t do that. Instead he had mercy on them, and worked towards peace and reconstruction.

Flying the Confederate rag is a clear statement of contempt for the American flag. Not only does the Confederate flag represent treason, it also represents surrender and defeat. And if slavery is America’s original sin, then the Confederate flag represents the defense of that original sin.

    1. @Cliff Medina Lee chose to be part of the CONFEDERATE STATES of AMERICA because he also chose to follow his home stste of Virginia. He, therefore, gave up his citizenship to the UNITED STATES of AMERICA which, given the circumstsnces, was a treasonous action. The statue should never have been erected and should be removed.

  2. Big difference I notice between Liberal protests and Conservative ones are masks, Cons don’t wear them.

    1. Conservatives shed their kkk mask and robes a while ago. Now they think their bibles and their AK47 is going to protect them.

    1. The average American never learned true US history, other the War of Independance and all other wars since then. Nothing about civil rights, worker’s rights, etc.

    2. Then why do they reenact the Civil War every year down south and change the outcome in the reenactment.

  3. Robert E Lee himself is on record denouncing any confederate statue or monument other than on confederacy grave sites.

  4. I understand the reasons why we are protesting. I just pray it doesn’t lead to an epidemic of the pandimic

    1. Oh, it will. Those who protested over the last two weeks, are even now spreading the virus to everyone they know.

    2. At least plenty of people in the video are using masks and some seem to be keeping their distance. Hope it helps.

    3. @AEW sMark I’m a teacher and several relatives of students at my school have died due to it. In a single week, one of my students lost his uncle and then his aunt due to that virus. Others have lost their father, grandfather and other relatives. The school principal’s brother died to it just two days ago.

    1. maybe if cops didnt murder unarmed black men people would be at home social distancing

    2. @Daniela dos Santos Silva if the unarmed black man didn’t resist this situation could be half as bad

    3. @dat guy you kniw thar the world saw the video right? Its harder to gaslight nowdays

  5. The GOP has shown, without a any trace of irony, their complete embrace of Trumpism: cruelty, chaos, incompetence…treason. Also, Republicans’ total push to destroy our judiciary by installing more Trump sycophants, and lackey’s with zero experience in an effort to support Trump through his bulldozing of American tradition and norms of executive government. Republicans deserve even more than losing their seats. They deserve shame and derision heaped upon them for perpetuity.

    1. @Naix Sorry, but we’ll have to agree to disagree. I’m a white, southern male. I was born and raised in the deep south. You will NEVER get “both sides to agree.” NEVER. EVER. It will not happen. The statues were put up out of deep-rooted hate, ignorance, and spite. They are wrong, and must be removed by the governmental authorities that allowed them to be put up, not by some “agreement” with racists and bigots. That’s the reality of the situation. It doesn’t matter if every single racist bigot throughout the south yells and screams. They need to come down, and come down now.

    2. Carl Sagan I cant disagree with that. I give to much faith to each side and gather these ideas. I do dream of a United America and this could be the way and I can respect that. Though I still fear for the backlash and that this possibly could cause a new civil war.

    3. @Naix Agreed. Well, take care. Thanks for interesting and respectful dialog even with differences of opinion. I wish you the best.

    1. @Walking In Truth & Knowledge Sounds inbred and uneducated. Lead by example. Change your gender. Lol. What hubristic troglodyte.

  6. _”Virgil, quick! Come see
    “_
    _”There goes Robert E. Lee””_
I don’t know exactly where the General is going, but I hear he will past some lightly-wooded rural farmland in a poor part of Tennessee.

    1. @Evil R. What election. Biden thinks he is running for the senate, and he probably right now has his underwear hanging off his ear.

    2. TONY – there’s being slot of money being spent (outside tv/internet advertising) making sure this senile old man wins

  7. The BLM free zone makes BLM look bad also they need to get them people out of that neighborhood they took over and now terrorizing.

  8. How come these liberals voted in Govenor Northam if they are so worried about racial issues? Why haven’t they recalled him? Why haven’t they called him out?

  9. I guess MT Rushmore will be next. Leave histroy alone and everyone live and love and be fair to each other.
