It’s difficult to comprehend how DJT or McConnell might justify their actions knowing they will go down in history for having compromised a government. Whether a supporter of Democrats or Republicans, the priority for protocol, for the law, for the separation of power, for just simply respecting others and putting what is best for Americans above party appears to be a
thing of the past. Consistently Republicans continue not to follow rules, they continue to create their own narrative and fight every step of every process. Whether it is the impeachment of the president or regulating gun control Republicans complicate the processes and do considerably more damage than good. There is virtually no reprimand for the actions of Republicans so they continue because they can. Swearing an oath to the Constitution appears to mean very little and freely discussing their disregard publically only displays a biased sense of entitlement no government official should ever experience, and ultimately undermines the integrity that should at all times be a priority.

In 30 years, most people wont remember who Mitch McConnell was, unless you are really into political history. There’s been a lot of bad congressmen in both the senate and the house who have been forgotten. People will put all the blame on Trump for the judges and wont remember McConnell, especially the younger generation coming up at that time.
