If you see someone shoplifting from Walmart no you didn’t.
If you see a shoplifter, do nothing. If you try to stop the shoplifter and the the shoplifter gets hurt you get charged.

He was picking up and stealing garbage bags. She should have given him two for himself. Imagine the guy behind who watched this punk fight this elderly lady and didn’t step in.
