5. This video highlighted the MAIN reason car theft of modern vehicles has become so easy… Many of the theft rings are tied in with DIRTY EMPLOYEES at Car Dealerships or Auto Repair shops!
   When they have the VIN of the vehicle they want, it is a relatively simple matter to have a blank key fob quickly programmed to match THAT vehicle.
   While not foolproof against more determined theives, that woman int the video got a temporary reprieve on her Jeep being taken by covering the VIN plate visible through the windshield.
   EDIT: But here is the kicker.. If its a dirty Dealership employee, they can simply search the customer database for not only the VIN but the complete home address without ever having been by the house! That is how easy it is. Once they have programmed Key Fob, they can come by when they choose to!
