  1. I couldn’t watch half of this. This reporter shouldn’t be within a half mile of anyone in pain. Her interview was pure cruelty.

    1. @ruth depew You know what I miss..? I miss the days when Walter Cronkite sat at his desk and simply delivered the top stories of the day… without editorializing and trying to get us all to _feel_ a certain way about those stories.

    2. @Tessmage Tessera I only remember one time Cronkite got rattled. It was a failed rocket launch at Cape Canaveral.
Do you also remember, “You are There,” and “You were There.” They aired on the weekends. I learned so much about the world and so much about history.

    3. @ruth depew I do remember, yes. I also remember Cronkite getting rattled a couple of other times. One was when JFK was assassinated. The other was in ’68, when the Tet Offensive happened.

    4. @Tessmage Tessera I don’t remember the JFK episode, but by then we had three channels and might not have been watching Cronkite. I do know we watched for three solid days. There was no school the day of the funeral, even though they didn’t cancel the football game, the day of the assassination. That still seems wrong.

    1. LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE! THESE CANNIBALISTIC NEWS REPORTERS WILL DO ANYTHING FOR RATINGS! AND “PRETENDING” TO CONSOLE THE SURVIVORS TURNS MY STOMACH!! PUT DOWN THE MIC AND HELP OUT!!! 😡 😡 😡

  2. The reporter was firing off questions like a machine gun. People from a traumatic situation need to be talked to in a calm, empathetic voice!!!

    1. Yeah bombarded with too many questions… Reporters shouldnt even be talking to anyone right now in a tragic moment like this

  3. The reporter is absolutely obnoxious. She wants desperately to make a show out of misery.
    Can’t watch anymore

  4. I hope this reporter gets to see some of these comments! Maybe if she watches this she can see how inconsiderate and emotionless she seems.

    1. Yes my god! She needs to be demoted like ASAP if not fired!!! Horrible!!! Disgusting to say the least!

    2. LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE! THESE CANNIBALISTIC NEWS REPORTERS WILL DO ANYTHING FOR RATINGS! AND “PRETENDING” TO CONSOLE THE SURVIVORS TURNS MY STOMACH!! PUT DOWN THE MIC AND HELP OUT!!! SHE IS THE “LAND SHARK” 🦈!! 😡 😡 😡

  5. The interviewer was not very considerate of her feelings and she cared more about completing a full interview than any feelings for the woman and her kids. She asked her twice the age of her son. She wasng listening to them.

  6. What sort of stupid questions she is asking,is more than seven dead, what do the people need etc,it was a cat 5 hurricane so does she think its Disneyland in the abacos islands.

  7. Lady. Enough is enough. The family shared everything they needed to make a point. Let the family be together.

  8. 10 times what condition are people in stupid broad thier in horrible circumstances what is she thinking fire her
