The Speaker is then authorized to have the individual arrested by the Sergeant at Arms and/or federal marshals and put in the Capitol jail. It’s the same if someone defies a court order. Go directly to jail. Do not pass GO. Do not collect $200.
Now as far as bail is concerned, I don’t know how that works if Congress arrests someone.
Due process when someone is arrested is to have his rights read to him, and then those rights are to be honored.
