@Constance Malik , true that. The way I see it, it’s not just a Senate trial, it’s all trials combined, so, the House shouldn’t have rushed when they lacked real evidence to prove their claims. If they allow Hunter Biden in the mix, for their Bolton, it brings to life that Hunter was the reason for inquiring about an investigation. Hunter is the most relevant of witnesses for their case against ’45’. This is what the July 25 call was about, with regards to asking for a favor, and anyone associated with Baristhma, is also very relevant. The Dems want to make this why he held up aid, and they say Hunter or the whistle blower wont know this…But…Their potential crimes in the Ukraine, and theres plenty of evidence for this, is in the very center of why Trump wants to investigate. Saying these key witnesses are irrelevant, as well as their paying for dirt against Trump, really tells us all we need to know about this motley crew of hateful Dems.

@Phoenix Mister Two I believe that the President refused to honor the subpoenas. Then the Republicans didn’t allow witnesses to testify in the Senate. I go with how I have viewed the president as a liar and the Republicans as cowards. My belief is different from yours. I truly believe they broke our Constitution when they decided to have a trial without witnesses and without documents that trump refused to release. I truly believe this man is on his way to become a dictator. It just sickens me. I believe that PBS gives the most unbiased news. Maybe that’s why we differ in views.
@Constance Malik , Essentially, it’s the Dems abusing their oversight powers, as well as the Constitution, that they normally, openly oppose and seek to change to their own.
The House had their time to gather witnesses and make their case, and they sure took command and censored GOP minority members all the way though, despite of it making them look like tyrants. They only would accept witnesses they approved of, and those that the minority requested, were denied, especially with regards to the whistle blower.
So, due to their inadequacies in the House, and their lack of ability to spit out valid subpoenas. Their invalidity is based on the fact that they held a press conference, instead of having a vote in the House, to delegate subpoena authority to their sub committee.
Part of their glorious scheme was to, of course, appeal to the cameras and Senators to demand witnesses in the Senate, so they could then get a few more here-sayers, to dazzle the cameras and news with new headliners. They would of course, run to the press during their potty breaks, and let a few zingers slip, that way we can see the behavioral conditioning of repeating headlines from all their news pigs waiting in the pens.
The Senate should never have witnesses, both now, and in the past, because the House shouldnt send the papers, until they’ve called all their witnesses and gathered all their documents to solidify their claims against the Pres, and win bi-partisan support. This was far from what happened. The parties are more divided than ever due to the hateful minds of at least 20 Democrats, that just won’t give up this plight against a President that just keeps on winning for us all. I do wonder what kind of President they would actually favor, because back in the day, a good economy, at the least, was one of the key effects that would determine the worth of a President, on the surface. What we see today are people on the left, wishing for failure, just to validate that false judgements against their President.
The Repubs rightfully blocked the Dem Senators and managers from their attempts to spin the Senate and make a new dog and pony show for the masses. The media is about their last weapon on hand, and it’s one they are well versed in using, for so long now.
The good news is, the internet has broken their strong hold on the official state of the Union narratives, they’ve been spinning since even before Trump was officially in office. Oh do they wish they could control the net, but thankfully, they cannot.

When did it become an acceptable use of executive power to block the truth? This must end. This is our republic. Let’s take it back.

Robert Muckle What subpoenas is it sir? You can not give subpoena for any witness unless the yea has won. If you are talking about the congress impeachment, there is a separation of power between congress and the executive branch. This is the reality, congress tried to cross all those separation of power. The Congress has done nothing for the good of this country. Their purpose was just to bring down Trump.
