You are 100% correct. The Conservative party of Canada needs a strong conservative leader not a “Liberal lite” leader.
If the conservatives want to win you won’t with O’Toole as your leader! I use to vote conservative but never again with weak leaders like this. O’Toole never stood for anything with flip flop answers. Never really challenged Trudeau when he had the opportunity. He just wanted to play safe.. wishy-washy. .
If you want better results right away make Pierre Poilievre your new leader!

What a pathetic interview. I wanted to vote conservative this year but I couldn’t because of social conservatism within the party. Yet social conservatism is never mentioned. I know it is divisive but that is the very reason it should be discussed.

Conservatives aren’t appealing to anyone except core ( Christian reform ) Coservatives and the party isn’t growing . It shows with 3 losses and another to come , I am a Conservative but I’m not voting for my grandparents Conservatives, it’s time to move on .
O’Toole was doing fine had the popular vote then waited a week before the election to act like Trudeau again 100% threw it.
They went wrong having “the tool” otoole
