Judge Gleeson is more than a “retired judge.” He was a brilliant, fair federal district judge.

@Mark Patureau i am very critical of judges but Gleeson’s written opinions are tough but fair, balanced. Exactly what we should all hope for in the federal judiciary.

Good point. He admitted to meeting secretly to lift the sanctions in return for hard cash selling his country out.
Trump can pardon him before he’s sentenced. In fact the US president can pardon someone before they are even charged. He can even pardon without specifying the crime. As in: “I pardon this person for any or all crimes committed over this time period.”
It is a totally mad system, designed to be abused by a totally mad king.
