Just like everything in Jamaica to benefit Jamaicans we the people can’t afford it. Look at the people who are getting the licenses (dem money nuff). Why not have small/local farmers supply those with the licenses (just a food for thought 🤔). Like the Dr knife stated “WE HAVE THE BEST HERBS IN THE WORLD”.
