astev52 they’re calling Fox liars which can be said for anyone providing coverage but leaving out exculpatory evidence on the hearing’s setting where the Schiffs are trying to control the narrative in a secret setting and leaking partial stories while not providing background information with the goal of preemptively hurting the President’s numbers. The hearing should be on CSPAN so we citizens can decide for ourselves. It’s leading we the people and misleading in the news. It’s sabotage and treachery plain and simple.
I liked hearing how this kind of thing can happen. Next time it would be great if you could find out what kind of thing it would take to stop it.
Fox has a built-in time destruction capsule. Their viewers are mainly old people. Old people die. Their audience is literally dying off every day. At some point Fox is going to re-brand itself to try to appeal to younger generations. Do not allow them to do that. Some of you youngsters need to keep an eye on what they are doing and sound the alarm. You need to see that these people do not benefit from their attempts to destroy this country.
Watch several other news channels, even if they have opposing information. I find Tim Pool & An0maly to be great sources. Best wishes

Most independents watch other news sources other than MSM. Tim Pool is a great source for independent news. An0maly is good, but doesn’t post as much. Best wishes

Fox “News” is really State TV. This is what Roger Ailes had wet dreams about. A network on cable as a defense network for Republicans, and an attack dog of Democrats. It is not a news network. Regardless she has no more power in the government now than my dead grandmother. She doesn’t hold an office of any kind so why bring her up now? Deflecting? You ignore the 156 instances of Russian contact with the trump campaign, one of which was manafort handing polling data to Russian assets to be used in troll farms. Did you even read the report? How do you square away trumps lies regarding this?
@Tom Acosta They did, the FBI investigated, they found no wrong doing, despite the fact that they announced the investigation into Hilliary during a campaign. Meanwhile the State Department has spent the last three years trying to undercut the FBI’s findings. They even retrospectively changed the classification level of some of the information, to increase their chances of catching Hillary out. And what did they find?

The state department has completed its years-long internal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email and found “no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information”.
The investigation, launched more than three years ago, did find violations by 38 people, some of whom may face disciplinary action.
Investigators determined that those 38 people were “culpable” in 91 cases of sending classified information some that ended up in Clinton’s personal email, according to a letter sent to Republican senator Chuck Grassley this week and released on Friday. The 38 are current and former state department officials but were not identified.
While there were no findings of deliberate mishandling of classified information by Hillary Clinton.

She, Ms. Liberty University graduate (yep, I am being an education snob) just revealed the crux of the matter with the Republicans. What they’re upset about is that they cannot do their normal smearing of the investigation because the questioning is done behind closed doors where cameras cannot broadcast their grandstanding and conspiracy-driven lines of questioning to witnesses. THAT is their whole entire beef with the process.

@Alex Hamilton Democrats have been studied as well, and are known to watch/read/listen to a wide variety of news sources. Extreme right wing Fox viewers are even more stunted than this poll shows, as they tend NOT to watch the actual journalists on Fox (Baer, Wallace–and Shep Smith, who was finally able to get out of his contract because he refused to stick to the Murdoch/Ailes extremist playbook) but ONLY watch the prime time Fox shills like Dobbs/Ingram/Carlson/Pirrho/Hannity. If you want to hear the truth but only have access to Fox, at least expand your research to include the journalists.
