  1. I wonder what the quid pro quo is when Israeli lobbyists hand transcripts to Canadian politicians for them to read in official statements (recently exposed under an ATIP request).

  2. Republicans in congress have already agreed that Trump’s dealings with Zelensky was a quid pro quo for personal gain but now they’re just saying that it’s not an impeachable offense.

  3. Many give politicians favorable treatment for the chance to get something desired in return (resulting in cost to tax payer and the nation).
An example of this is the Ukraine Gas Company giving Biden a $100K/mo position on the board.

  4. Republicans: Read the transcripts (which we have not read)!
Also Republicans: Don’t listen to the transcripts!

  5. Trump was asking Ukraine president to make a {(PUBLIC)} commitment to investigate corruption and the 2016 election. If this was skullduggerous, why would Trump ask for it to be PUBLIC??!!
