The government just missed a golden opportunity to tie wage increase to productivity gain, without which the country is poised for an inflation rate of 3% compounded for the next 4 years.

The PSAC workers need to vote down the rotten TA the unions pathetically agreed to. Workers must organize into rank & file committees which are independent and in opposition to the corrupt PSAC bureaucracy (which is just a branch of the capitalist state) and the bourgeois parties in parliament.
