The actions of the GOP over the last 20 years have exposed the GOP for what they are. Even if the Republican Party knew how to create a good economy (they don’t) I wouldn’t vote for anyone currently in the party.
Bill Mahr and I are thinking alike on this one: if Trump is allowed to run, he will run. If he runs, he will be nominated. Regardless of the outcome of general election, he will claim victory.

It’s important to remember that Cruz is a smart man. He’s a coward and courts evil, but he himself is not a stupid person.
The fact there is even 5% of GOP supports for Trump is beyond shocking. It’s is mind boggling how morally bankrupt the party has gotten.
