Thousands of students walked out of classes across the country Wednesday to demand lawmakers take action on gun safety following the mass shooting at an elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee, last week.

Advocacy group Everytown for Gun Safety, which coordinated the walkouts through Students Demand Action, said there were more than 300 demonstrations across 41 states and D.C. to kick off a "week of action" by advocates and gun violence survivors.

  2. I remember teachers caring side arms when I was a kid. I remember when Bill Clinton got an office all the teachers union started screaming they were scared because kids might take the teachers guns and use it on the teachers..
all the ex-military that carried sidearms that worked at the school said that’s ridiculous. As soon as you remove these firearms from schools, you’ll have school shootings. .
The teachers unions bought out all the old ex-military, retired personnel in California pushed them out and anyone that wanted to carry a firearm in the school system to protect kids were also pushed out by the Jimmy Carter lead Bill Clinton back agendas push through unions .
