Sweden didn’t lock down and now it’s death per capita rate from C19 is the same as New York state, sad.
Lack of sanitation and staffing budgets at some care homes may have given a false sense of death rate as care was not provided in a timely manner or at all. We need to know those that died OF covid19 and those that happen to die with it but not because of it. In one Quebec care home there was 30 deaths but only 5 attributed to the virus thus the investigation underway.
