Agreed…..I’ve always agreed about calling them out but not just stopping short of the call-out .
At “voting” time… the call-out issues & behavior is most time forgotten & helping the public remember “at that time” is usually vague, quiet or not at all mentioned.
Why not use some of that campaign money to Remind the voters of the “called-out” things/issues, “strongly & consistently, during voting time….why not put their list of “called-out behaviors” on billboards, postal mailers, and infomercials during the Primaries.
People get busy in their day-to-day life & forget all what issues & bad behavior which senators call each other out on during the years leading up to “voting seasons”. Some people remember but obviously not enough to keep the bad ones out of office.
All I’m saying is in addition to the “calling them out on what they do or say” … there need to be a STONG FOLLOW UP CAMPAIGN OF THESE CALL-Out issues at VOTING TIME to remind & drive the vote of the people.
