Probably was same or more impact from him pulling him to the ground then letting him get bumped by a slow moving inflatable tire.
This reminds me of my 6yo daughter getting hit so hard it flipped her 360° knocking her boots 30 feet away. 🤣 She was fine, thank God.🙏
