  1. I am surprised that no one knows about the 10,000 acres that the Federal government in Pickering
    Airport never built. Build part of the airport. And the. Build out the land. Hundreds of thousands of homes could be built. Condo’s town houses. Fill it up.

  2. This is what we need. 10-20% interest rates. Borrowing money should NEVER BE FREE. Back then a house was worth $150k too. Now with their 0% loans, they are worth millions. This is 100% of the problem. Incomes have become irrelevant really. Nowadays in the Canadian society the way to become wealthy most of the time is not with a job but with your property.
