@Jason Armstrong NO its not 3rd degree murder of an ex coworker over a 20 dollar bill that wasn’t counterfeit. The other 2 police officers that were sitting on him have not been charged not to mention the other one who stood guard. The murderer also a history of misconduct and murder, not to mention the cover up with the autopsy report
