It’s time to rethink how businesses are established.
if you cannot pay a living wage and keep your workers/customers safe – CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS.
All these business owners complaining about how they got away with being the worst of the worst and can no longer get away with it makes me sick.

@Censorship Is real if you can’t pay your employees a living wage, you don’t deserve to be in business, pretty simple and you don’t have to be a business owner to understand that, even though my family does own a business.

When I started I was paid 5 bucks a hour. In a trade heavy equipment operator. Stayed in for 35 years and retired this year at 53 making 75 a hour.
So make better choices. And you won’t have to worry about it.

@Censorship Is real You are missing what we want from minimum wage, we think if we show up, we should be paid a LIVING WAGE, as in, work 40 hours a week and be able to support yourself with the cheapest options available in your area. Cheapest apartment, cheapest food, cheapest healthcare, cheapest everything, AND WE STILL CANT DO THAT, WE CANT EVEN GET THE CHEAPEST STUFF, much less “top dollar”. You are the absolute worst and don’t even understand how it’s changed since you started in the workplace. Stop telling people your opinion on minimum wage since you haven’t been in poverty for 30+ years, and it literally doesn’t affect you.
They have to verify legal age to drink already. Verifying vaccination isn’t any different.

@K Lak Here in Canada it is illegal to use your medical identification for anything other than authorized medical services. Our medical ID cannot be used for taxes, credit information, voting, etc. My health card is only ever used for healthcare.
