Paul, we’re in a world wide pandemic, it has nothing to do with politics, I live in a small city in Canada where over 30 young people per day is dying and it will only gets worse if the people do not obey quarantine protocol.

Some persons are walking home or to the bus stop, taking a breath of fresh air, not in any mask, but has it is in their possession.
Be reminded that they are not in any crowd, they are walking alone after a long day in the workspace. Now my question is, in cases like this, must the police excercise discretion?
I have seen cases like this, where persons are charge when they just take off the mask not purposely but just to breathe.
Most time the people charge dont even get a chance to explain cause some of these police are so arrogant.
The judiciary gives not a heck about circumstances ,only what the police says .
