1. Facilitating and advocating squatting in Fort, Leith Hall, Prospect, Bamboo River, and Oxford Road among many other informal squatting settlements!
2. If you admit to giving almost all your drain clearing and road work to St Thomas Construction (ri5n by your activist Becky)!
3. If you admit to handing out $5000 notes wrapowd in t-shirt on the eve of the last two general elections (i rejected the offer). I heard the JLP was also doing it.

Remember now, roughly 30 thousand eligible voters in St Thomas. Usually the voter turn out is always low (about 50%).
All you need is seven thousand, five hundred, and fifty one votes to win (roughly)!
Out of a total population of about 42 thousand residents!
What you manage to do is keep the constituency marginalized so that most people are not interested in voting!
You support those roughly 8 thousand die hard supporters who will always vote for you. SO YOU, LIKE MANY OTHER POLITICIANS, USE THIS STRATEGY TO GAIN AND SUSTAIN POWER!
SO 22,500 RESIDENTS IN EASTERN ST THOMAS ARE NEGLECTED!
