Every Jamaican should go through JDF training once finished with high school. This will provide every youth with skill and exposure. This will reduce crime irrespective of background. Over a 20 year period imagine the results. Every community would have more trained personnels to manage conflicts before they escalate to violence..
But on the other hand there will be more deadly killers in jamaica
@Andrew Mcdonald Everyone will have weapons and defense training communication training. Training in conflict and meditation. A viable skill. access to loans. Every community would operate as one. youths need exposure and opportunity. The jamaican government does providing that. Who go watch mommy hungry when dem can live pan the line. 1 billion USD and counting. 16.5 % of that is GCT for the government. Facts bro.
