Jamaican Government should set up GANJA on the stock market… Stock’s and Share’s to every Jamaican @$200us per share (no one person should be sold more than $10,000us) then after 3yrs to 5yrs if all go well on the Stock Market every new born in Jamaica should get a 1 to 2 share depending on the market value
