After three years of strict Covid restrictions, Chinese citizens are finally traveling again ahead of the Lunar New Year. The millions of expected travelers fuel concerns over further outbreaks in China's ongoing covid crisis. CNN's Ivan Watson reports. #CNN #News

Welp it is the year of the Rabbit.
Speed Kills. When the Virus is on the move.
What are we doing to blunt the spread here? We should shore up testing before anyone can travel here.
@reality why would we feel foolish?
I got vaccinated because it was the right thing to do. I never got Covid, and hopefully helped prevent someone else from getting it
Pmsl 🤣🤣🤣 you’ve got a booster to get
Imagine bein scared of nothing YOU’VE BEEN FOOLED
@Forty Two never happened 👍
@Anti-stupid-NOT–VAX hey 🤡
@Forty Two the only clown is you for that comment 🤣🤣🤣
The Establishment next scam will fail
China let lil bit of truth out to the world in media content.
They had every opportunity to learn from others mistakes.They concentrated on making bigger ones
@Mark Callaghan The Chinese vaccination rate is like 90%. And have you not been paying attention? The Western vax has its own issues regarding efficacy and side effects.
@Mark Callaghan Your arrogance around Covid is absurd. Wake up to reality. Everyone’s going to get it sooner or later. That’s as obvious as the sun in the sky.
Saying China could have made their hospitals more prepared is comical. Particularly since it’s the socialist model of medicine you likely swoon over.
You’re jaded.
@Swab you’re icky.
The US is in the same line.
Said the leftist who voted the same way and will regardless of outcome. Ty for the gas prices and food/rent.
China does not make mistakes. 😂

Didn’t all of these US authoritarian scientists want us to follow the Chinese model? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
No they didn’t. You just didn’t want to wear a mask or get a jab and now your trying to equate the two together.
China was the only nation with a zero COVID policy and it clearly was too ambitious. Switzerland on the other hand was so laxed to the point it swiftly wreaked havoc on their elderly populations. The key is balance, no easy feat but it can be done.
Swiss afford to do that because they have small population with very good health care system.
I’ve been saying that for a long time, you have to find a middle ground not just for this but for all of our issues, at least half of our problems could be solved quite easily there is a combination of thing that Stop that from happening, the people in power want to stay where they are they don’t want things to change, neither do their bosses, and by that I mean board of directors of the major corporations, because 99% of politicians don’t work for us they work for corporations Bernie Sanders was the exception, another reason is a lot of people act like they don’t have a brain and they just blindly follow one party or the other and do what they’re told like good little sheep, compromise sounds like a simple thing, but it takes a literal act of Congress to accomplish it
@McLaren F1 GTR well that won’t work in the United States because we have 100 million people that are adults but act like children, always crying and whining about something, a grocery store employee actually got shot telling a customer to put on a mask, that shows you how far my countrymen have devolved, we have one party that’s more concerned about pronouns then anything else, and then we have another party which is basically in bed with Russia, there’s no way a reasonable covid policy would work here because it would require having reasonable people and we don’t have those anymore
@Curtis Duvall I don’t know what to think about your polling source…I know fundamentally all polling companies have biased views, both left and right, both parties play the game of cherry picking data. From my searching, I don’t think the data Rasmussen puts out is necessarily wrong but it has a different, unique methodology from how it generates automated questions to how it classifies its participants. Every polling company is different which is why meta data is always more robust than a single poll. As far as what this poll is saying, Democratic voters are draconian and authoritarian in implementing COVID reduction measures?
I haven’t heard a single thing about COVID from the left in 2022 of adding more measures to what Trump originally set into motion at the start of the 2020 pandemic. There are no vaccine passports issued in America, mask mandates are in the past, travelers aren’t asked for their results from COVID testing much anymore. America’s measures have dwindled down to a voluntary notice around most public places “if you’re feeling sick, stay home.” I see some folks wearing masks just as a courteous precaution, mind you, most don’t, which is fine. Our medicine and up to date vaccine targeting new strains is above superior over other nations. China doesn’t do it like we do, which is why their measures are failing, costing thousands of lives. Strict social distancing without updating your vaccines spells death no matter how isolated your population is, they will absolutely get COVID.
@Swab who hurt you Omg 💀
I’ve been concerned about China Crisis ever since their disappointing third album in 1985.
seeing those homeless , fentanyl zombies, shooting violence and robbery in America –
makes you envy about China

such a great video…
“Social media videos show China nurses sick from Covid collapsing on the job” so let’s otherwise “Convince It Forward”
*You reap what you sow, CCP. You failed your own people. “Good job” Pooh Bear*
They went from one extreme to another. From too much restrictions to absolutely no rules. The key is balance.
Spoken like a true grade school graduate.
