-Bans plastic bags
Sells plastic bags for garbage cans in aisle 3.
Its a way to get people to buy more kitchen catchers (garbage bags for the kitchen) because everyone I know uses plastic bags from various purchased items including groceries

They have gone completely off the deep end. I shop at Sobeys / Safeway less and less.
So, are they also going to ban SINGLE USE Glad trash bags? Ziploc bags? The only reason we’re picking on grocery bags, are because they are visible in the landfill. I don’t know about everyone, but the plastic grocery bags do double & triple use for me. (I even have a pattern for knitting the bags into… bags!)
