You can find them everywhere: old men in seedy bars who claim they could have been in the NFL except for some imaginary knee injury; or that they’d be millionaires today except for having been cheated out of their lucky break, probably by some minority or immigrant. Why do you think the Supreme Court is not even considering it ALL 9 justices? Because there is no evidence to prove fraud. Even Guiliani said his case wasn’t alleging fraud when confronted by a federal judge in court in Pennsylvania!

I see all he has done for America: Increased jobs, improved the economy with record-breaking Stock market results, established peace in at least two very dangerous regions of the earth, prevented (without war) Kim Jung Un from continuing his threats to nuke America, return American servicemen to their homes from war-torn countries such as Afghanistan (why are we fighting there again? And he is not even being paid to do it as he donates his “pay” back to the government. He has been leading the USA in a positive direction since day one of his Presidency. @SkyGemini The Middle District of Pennsylvania case is the one I am most familiar with, relatively. In that case, The plaintiff changed the legal team at least twice before Giuliani himself made an appearance to plead the case, the plaintiffs kept adding and then withdrawing counts, and finally argued that because some mail-in ballots weren’t dated next to the signature, those were invalidated (but not discarded; those ballots were held separately in case some court ruling said to count them anyway). Giuliani argued that this was a denial of the right to vote. In the very next breath, Giuliani argued that ballots that had some other defect and the voter was notified of the problem (in Pennsylvania and other states, this is called “notice-and-cure”) should *NOT* be counted, and that the state’s notice-and-cure policy is illegal, trying to have it both ways. Giuliani then said that the _remedy_ should be that entire electorate of the state be disqualified, including millions and millions of ballots that had no issue whatsoever.
The judge threw the case out. And rightfully so, imo.
And since then, Trump has repeatedly declared that he should be given the electoral college votes of Pennsylvania (and all the other “swing state” votes) because reasons.
And through all this, not a single incident of fraud could be found.
The senators and congress should be spending their energy and our tax dollars getting US COVID vaccines, PPP, hospital staff, morges to handle the dead.

@Mark – Well…you’re wrong. Many of us HAVE been following this whole ordeal and have looked at in depth news on both sides of the media, and news papers, videos of procedures carried out at the ballot counting locations, testimonies from workers (I personally caught clips of the same exact testimony, almost word for word, from at least 3 different people), saw those chosen to represent in Giuliani’s team efforts, and ALL the various spins on the machines and software debacle.
I’m no lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but even I could see for myself why most of this was dismissed!
All I can say is this… My vote was given properly, in good faith, and confidently, as were yours. My vote counts as much as yours. Any anomalies occurring were no doubt similar to any in ANY state. They just need to be examined under a magnifying glass as well.
