It’s not make up, it’s some kind of tanning method, probably tanning bed which are extremely dangerous bc of the Ray’s they emit. Nobody does it anymore. If it was make up he wouldn’t have white skin around his eyes. In a tanning booth you wear a tiny covering over your eyes to protect them from those rays. He looks ridiculous. Doesn’t he see that? Obviously not. All these yes men around him need to tell him. But his egotistical self wouldn’t listen anyway.
I think wearing a mask, bandanna or buff in public would show a sign of respect. “I respect and value those around me”
