OMG, please spread this news. Biden does still have a occasional stuttering issue, proven. It’s still shows up once in a while, but it is nothing big. Just like this young man has shown. It’s not cognitive or interferes with his intelligence or abilities. BUT, when people started seeing Biden’s stumbling, some critics said and thought it was a cognitive issue- it is not. Stuttering is just that, stutters. It is not a negative cognitive failing. If you then view Bidens stumbles in speeches, etc,. it’s nothing to be concerned about. He is eloquent, honest and gets his point said . Quit trying to bully him or misrepresent what it is.

Joe Biden represented himself well as the son of regular Americans brought to the pinnacle of accomplishment through hard work and perseverance. He was optimistic but determined and appealed strongly to be the person all of us choose on behalf of every American. His dedication to family, the strength he draws from his faith, his reverence for the honor of being a servant of the people. It was an excellent speech, well delivered!
As a child, I didn’t start speaking until I was 4 and when I did start I stuttered. Now at 27, I have earned a BSc and a PhD. Stuttering doesn’t signal deficiency. It is just another obstacle to surmount.
I use to stutter when I was younger. Sometimes it likes to pop it ugly head up.
