How could she do that to her team? She pulled out just because she was having a bad day. And no it wasn’t because of a physical injury they confirmed that. This is the olympics you can’t just pull out when you are having a bad day. You have to push through and do it for the TEAM. This isnt AA. You are competing for TEAM. Very selfish on her part. She realized she wasn’t the best anymore and pulled out when her team needed her most. But Team USA you girls did AMAZING pulling 2nd after Simone quit on you guys!
She’s aloud to have a bad day. She wasn’t in the right mindset If she had competed she could have gotten injured or risked the team a medal. She did it for the team not against the team. Things could have gotten in a completely other direction. She’s human and her mental health is more important than competing so you shouldn’t be dragging her down. She needs support.
