This Westmoreland councillor needs shut up as the whole lot of them do not know how to see to it that things get done properly. They should be working with the ministry of national security and do inspection periodically to ensure that premises is kept in the condition it was handed to the Commander of the unit who occupied the building. So, this Councillor a bag a mouth he cannot even put his case across properly. The commanding officer of the unit must be held accountable.
