Definitely 100 only. She doesn’t like to lose and the competition in the 200m doesn’t favor her. She definitely going to try and focus on retaining her title however, she knows she might have to run below 10:55 to accomplish such feat.
If Elaine is in excellent shape come Eugene it would mean Shelly would have to go below 10:50 to beat her. Shelly’s stride ratio right now doesn’t get her below 10:55. She needs to find a way to run even faster to beat Elaine.
