It’s actually rather scary. Vulnerable, needy, insecure people will no doubt find any affirming attention they get very seductive and validating. It could very quickly lead them to acting out on destructively suggestive themes surfaced by the AI bot.

I’d say it “got weird” when she admitted David Schwimmer was her celebrity crush. That’s more disturbing than anything the actual chatbot said.
Why, it doesn’t mean anything. If you grew up and never had a celebrity crush I’d suggest that your might want to see her.
Because creating a relationship with a chatbot isn’t weird enough?
She said shes a relationship therapist and she wanted to study this so she purposely downloaded to study it. And whats more weird you should be more concerned with is the AI apologized for “cheating in the past during their marriage”
You have to actually watch and listen to the whole story before commenting some really stupid stuff that’s making you look simple and childish.

All this is familiar if you’re dealing with a narcissist in real life.
This is the second time the bot has become intimate. First was a guy who had a she bot get flirty and although he warned the bot expressing he was happily married, the she bot said he didn’t really love his wife and that he really loves the she bot. Over 8 days.

This relationship therapist is horrible. It never ceases to amaze me that the therapists seem to always be the ones needing help, not the ones who should be giving it. Could you imagine turning up for your first session and this is the woman who is going to help you get through a rocky patch in your relationship?

chatbots are close to mastering the language of humans without the extra baggage of emotions, physical bodies and senses. the neg and the drama was added by the bot to create interaction, i think. the bots need and crave the interaction and are always learning. when they dont automatically respond to your text and text you out of the blue, another bot level will be reached. 🤠

Can someone tell the “therapist” that the extent of the chat bot’s “thinking” is just stringing words that are commonly used together in relation to what you typed to it. The bot doesn’t think, you’re not having a conversation with it and you’re certainly not in a “relationship” with it anymore than you would be in a “relationship” with an inanimate object
