I also want to say that I don’t like any life being lost, or anyone being killed. It’s so sad that family and friends lost a love one, and will have to deal with that pain for a long time. It’s also sad that a life was cut short, but that doesn’t mean the cops were guilty of anything (excluding the officer who was shooting blindly into the house). That was stupidity and recklessness at its peak.
You’re right, charges do need to be brought up on her boyfriend who shot first.

So this decisions basically says that you’re not even safe sleeping in your own bed. Police can come in and shoot the place up, killing you and there is no consequences??
