Independents have decided Trump is garbage. A change in tone would be an obvious ploy. He has showed us who he is and we are done with him.

He certainly isn’t winning me back. I was finally able to coax out that my conservative family was strongly disappointed with his behavior, referring to it as reprehensible.
It’s clear that more and more of his base/voters are moving away from him.
We can even see it on Social Media.
A month or two ago, if anyone said anything neg about trump, OMFG his base would spam social media with the stupidest comments and in huge numbers.
Now, daily, there is less and less.
In fact, I’m noting that instead of base comments every few minutes, it’s every few hours.
