This is what happens when 500 congressmen and 100 senators are all trying to grab as much money as possible for themselves and their cronies. There’s never been a plan to deal with this pandemic. It’s been one big smash and grab. We don’t have the kind of people in power that could have put aside politics and come up with an effective strategy to alleviate the damage. I blame primarily the Republicans but believe me, the dems aren’t completely innocent either.
