Just because their is no evidence, it doesn’t mean there was no crime. They’re guilty but it couldn’t be proved.
Why Feinstein? Her husband sold off biotech stock, one of the few types of stock that insider knowledge of this pandemic would have you buying. Loeffler, on the other hand, is married to the head of the NY Stock exchange, and sold off stocks that took a hit from the pandemic. If any couple should have know better than to engage in insider trading, it’s them, but they still did it.
And forfeit their senate pensions.
Insider trading is only a no no for you and I. Not the people who made that law.

@KC JONES I get it KC, I really do. I have an ADULT grandson and two granddaughters that are close. I’m 65 years old and both parents AND grandparents are deceased….and trust me, I’ve seen what we’re seeing now my ENTIRE life. There’s been enough people to make a change almost since the beginning, and a few hundred years later, NOTHING. As long as there’s greed, sexism and all manner of inhumanity, we’ll be in this boat for the duration. Much like the oceans of the world, tides come and go, but the power of our inhumanity is always, ALWAYS lurking beneath. In my opinion, we’re best served by exposing as much as we can, when we can and protecting our children. Do what you believe is right for you and your family, but be prepared for the tsunami that’s ALWAYS just below the surface. Like my grandpa used to tell me, “just keep living son, and you’ll see who mankind REALLY is”.
It was almost March when this happened. I personally know people who sold ALL their stocks in February. Should everyone who had a little market foresight be punished?
