There may have been some incidental occurrences when Capitol police had no idea or training to deal with the onset which motivated Laura Ingraham and Sean Hannity to call Meadows that PM to ask prez to send his people home in peace, BUT that doesn’t make the scene those 2 Trump fans (as did the rest of us) saw which persuaded them to ask for Trump damage control cease to exist.
