@lj Rebel which is harder to prove, something exists or doesn’t exist? How does one prove that there was a lack of voter fraud? By lack of evidence of voter fraud. Who’s responsibility was it to prove voter fraud? Trump’s legal team. Who looked at their evidence? The courts.
You claim they dismissed the cases without looking at the evidence. Do you have proof of this since you are accusing them?
I watched very closely and the cases were dismissed due to lack of evidence. A judge can dismiss a case if one side brings nothing to a preliminary hearing.
It’s not that we didn’t look at evidence of fraud. The fact was that there was NO EVIDENCE of fraud (besides like a hand full of people that subsequently went to jail).
The problem is that people don’t accept there is no proof. They would rather believe that the proof of HISTORIC voter fraud was miraculously covered up. They believe Trump, Josh Hawley, and Ted Cruz.
Now Republicans are seizing this opportunity to cement their power at Trumps expense, because he is politically dead and they get to do things in his name without having to be afraid of him actually doing anything.
