  1. A career criminal sociopath who would kill to get out of any investigations into his financial records like it was another Monday.

    1. Have you noticed the way he licks the side of his mouth and then when asked about why he lied to law enforcement he said “what a web we sew” basically subconsciously comparing himself to that of a scurvy spider very eerie

  2. When the prosecutor grilled him about the financial crimes…Alex said he loved these people….Why didn’t he run with that!!!! Instead of badgering over and over “name one time you remember…” He could have connected loving his family and hurting them.

  3. The defense must feel like they have lost the case for them to put Alex on the stand. That’s a move you make when you’re desperate.

Most defense lawyers would advise against testifying in your own defense, no matter what the status of your involvement.

There usually isn’t any point in doing this that couldn’t be raised by a decent defense lawyer.

    1. I saw that immediately and had to rewatch to make sure I didn’t just see a trained lawyer f*** that up, amongst other things. I hope @Enigma or @Observe will cover him on the stand, soon 🤞

  4. Buddy. You had TWO houses on a single property. You have lived a far better life than most, take your chips and bow out. Don’t worry, you’ll still have corporate welfare to look forward to afterwards 💜

    1. this family has been ruining lives for over 100 years. they always felt above the law and rigged the system to favor them. it is long overdue that justice against them is served for the thousands of laws they have broken along the way. LOCK HIM UP!

    2. The family reputation was one of questionable ethos. Just about everyone who lived in that area knew that that family was something to be feared. They were not considered the backbone of society, they were considered people to avoid.

    3. He ruined generations of a good family name. He is a liar and needs to be held accountable for the deaths of his lovely wife and beloved son. May he rot in hell and pay for it.

  5. When your vehicle drives by your dead wife’s phone that’s laying on the side of a road I don’t think you’re innocent

  6. Just watched the Netflix DOCUseries on his family. How vile and disgusting all of them were. I feel no sympathy whether he killed them or not.

    1. @Catturner122 100%. I guess that’s what Trust fund Brads will turn into when they’re born filthy rich and their parents practically own the city

  7. As a fiduciary as well, I take my state license and MBA degree seriously. This man has been lying to his victims as he is lying to the jury. Having a defendant lawyer, tries to minipulate.
