@Dragil XCOM Jet fuel on paint and on sticker stripes is not a good combination. It’s a solvent and would pretty much melt away the tape or painted stripes on the tips of the propellers. Another thing is the exhaust heat from the fighter jet, that is also enough to burn the paint away.

Curious. There aren’t any time stamps on the video footage and they only show the same 15-20 seconds round the
supposed time of collision despite claiming that the Russian jet was flying alongside the drone for over 30 minutes.
Also, the double yellow bands on the tips of the propeller blades visible on the ‘before footage’ are missing afterwards,
like as if it was a montage of footage from different drones with similar non-descript blue backgrounds of sea and sky.

Come on now, that was no “mistake” by the Russian plane. What they think/thought they’d get out of damaging and downing of the US drone I have no clue, but they must have understood it would not be good. I am waiting for a proper US response.
Happens all the time during the Cold War. Su-27 didn’t get the nickname aerial scalpel for no reason.

So many dash cams exist in Russia just for this same reason. He hit me while I was walking… video guy jumps onto stopped car.
Difficult to see how the tail V could be missed if the prop was struck. The last pilot left everything later than the first.
