Maaaaking his waaay, and MAGA’s only way he knows How,
Hates Ukraine, 🎶Russia’s good ‘ol boy, but my Momma
      she don’t understand. 🎵
But the Law 🎸 never will!

    2. @Evelyn Murphy obvious Trump follower? How so?
Any way thats better then being labeled a Biden follower.

  1. Now I have to sit through another Marjorie Taylor Greene prison visit…
This is how fast you and I go to jail for taking documents.

    1. @HGH Ff Grantor  ya I defend anyone that loves their country but you liberals need to be far away from the majority of us

  2. This seems to be so unheard of. It is so hard to believe that he could get his hands on something like this. Also, 21 is very young. So sad he ruined his life this way.

    1. He was promoted to “airman first class” giving him access to classified info, if you can believe that. Oh, and he’s also a gun nut and loves warfare.

    1. DoD reclassification procedure by personal in a low grade position per United States Code 44 § 2245.2 (made invisible for national security reasons) 1) Take random Sharpie from box. 2) Wave Sharpie three times (counterclockwise) above documents while chanting (3 times): By the power I give myself, I hereby declare this material reclassified. 3) Sip beverage of choice (using both hands).

    1. @C G yeah, he still broke the law so probably last we see of him. But least lets us know the media has been spewing lies about ukraine (like we didnt already know)

    2. @Mike Wall Treason and espionage are not something that can be justified by personal opinions or motives. There are reasons that some information is confidential, let alone for national security of the U.S.A. To presume to know the full scope and implication of leaked confidential government material and extrapolate that into some conspiracy is naive folly.

    3. @C G i mean dude deserves jail for breaking laws but if you are focusing more on this guy than the information than you need to look in the mirror

  3. What happened with that guy, shows that the security aspect is not being supervised the way it should be.

    1. True, I can SEE why and how he was given access to Classified Information since he was a low level Clerk, but apparently he was NOT properly supervised or he would NOT have been able to copy this Classified material with a cell phone and a copier! His Supervisors are going to “go down” with HIM!

    2. @Adam Waffen The Waffen SS? Give it a break, fool!
That said, the powers that be should reconsider giving that degree of clearance to someone who clearly lacks the maturity to be entrusted with it. 21 years old, what kind of exerience does this kid have!?

  4. This kid is in a world of hurt right now. He knew what he was doing was absolutely illegal and he knew what the consequences would be. Having a security clearance comes with grave responsibilities. He enlisted, was trained and knew full well that the rules are not simply suggestions.

    1. @David Gonzalez that’s what every country does. It is suspected and one of the actual duties of the state to collect intelligence.

The other countries do it too, its expected.

  5. In the age of Tiktok and discord, younger folks act really really stupid. He stands to gain nothing but to lose potentially everything. Training them young can and may go wrong. In my opinion, anyone under 25 accessing classified material
S cannot grasp the complete gravity of their situation. As for this young man, his life is basically over. I just pray his work does not cost lives.

    1. The military makes sure that you grasp it full very well. No if, ands or butts. They let you know, in no uncertain terms what you can and can not do with this type of information and what horror is going to await you if you violate those rules.

  6. The law is not the same for everyone. You can be above the law depending on who you are and who you know. They will storm this guys home and arrest him on the spot but they’ll beg others to give back classified documents and when they refuse and lie, they’ll still let him run free even after finding out he was still hiding more classified documents and continues to lie and even incriminate himself.

    1. @bubba lo (b) Information shall be declassified or downgraded by the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position; the originator’s successor; a supervisory official of either; or officials delegated such authority in writing by the agency head or the senior agency official designated pursuant to Section 5.3(a)(1).2.

Basically the person who classified the doc, declassifies them, or appoints an agency head or senior agency official to do so. How are you so far behind?
Is it just blind hate? Do you hate America? I mean if that’s what you want and how you feel, so be it. But damn man don’t try and make other people hate America’s freedom as well.

    2. He’s a computer specialist, his job was to help write programs to stop foreign agents and anyone else from hacking the military online, which explains why he was able to access these documents.

He did not release the documents because he thought to expose anything, he is an avid gamer and wanted to impress his group of friends whom he plays with online, so he uploaded the documents in the gaming arena to get bragging rights, however, someone in the group then uploaded the information to the general public and this is how the documents were released.

The person whose face was blacked out is one of the kids in the gaming community who knew what he did and why he did it, he didn’t do it to expose anyone or anything, he did it because he’s a stupid kid who wanted street cred.

    3. Oh and by the way. The president has the power to declassify. Unlike HRC who got off on intent. They sure as hell didn’t storm her house although they should have years ago

  7. Got my first Secret Clearance as an Airman at age 20. Wouldn’t surprise me that someone assigned to Intelligence would have a high level clearance at 21. Mostly I hand carried classified documents around for signatures, if this guy was doing the same, it would be pretty easy to look at them, make copies. I had no interest in spending the rest of my life in a Federal Prison, so I just did my job!

    1. Thank you for just doing your job. You were smart and not trying to show off. Now we need to hear what his motive was for stealing and revealing.

He’s not low level, he’s a computer specialist whose job was to write programs to secure government sites online

  8. Vulnerabilities always exist, but leadership from first line supervisors to Commanders must take actions to mitigate risks i.e., 2 person concept. A major problem today is the speed at which someone can copy/photograph classified information even though electronic devices are not authorized in classified settings

  9. The craziest thing is that he ruined his life for social media. We have to get control of our lives.

    1. The biggest influence on a young person is their upbringing, so I would be taking a close look at his parents before feeling sad for them.

  10. This day and age, it would be nearly impossible for you to leak something like that and not get caught.

  11. Wow 21 years old. Life is over. Sad. I don’t know what he was thinking it would get him to do this. It certainly didn’t hurt the governments. His hurt is just starting and the intense embarrassment of his family who were probably unaware of all this and quite proud of their son/brother/cousin and his job. This is crazy.
