@Steve F I think they can just print the money. So, where it is coming from isn’t really the question to be asking. The real question is how much money can you give out like this until it starts affecting the value of that money? Personally, I don’t think a few checks is going to do that much damage. If we did one every month for 6 months or so then maybe. Money has value because of the man hours, etc, that it represents. An extended period of these checks would significantly change that dynamic imo. I’m not a financial expert though… I only play one on Youtube.
Apparently giving billions to the richest didn’t help. It never does. There is no way that the right doesn’t use this bill to push through legislation nobody wants.
I’m sure most of the money ends up helping their rich friends.

True but it’s not the Democratic party and CNN that determine the votes, American voters do. Finally, it’s American voters’ own fault for voting against their own interests.
It wasn’t a mistake. It was in their best interest. If Bernie would have won, he would have transformed the party into one that works for working people, and they did everything they could to avoid that. Like others have mentioned, you can blame them and you can blame CNN – both share responsibility – but you also have to blame the American voters who continue to enable a corrupt two party system.
