That family had just moved back into their home after having it rebuilt. A local company kindly jackhammered the boulder to get it out of the house, for free. The developer of the house above the property, that dug into the mountainside, has been ordered to stop construction due to an infraction. Still figuring out where the boulder came from and who’s responsible. Lots of finger pointing.
