Bill Taylor said during his Congressional testimony Wednesday, that someone on his staff overheard a phone call between President Donald Trump and Ambassador Gordon Sondland, where the president asked about "the investigations" and heard the ambassador reassure Trump that the Ukrainians were "ready to move forward." Now there are reports that a second U.S. official was also a witness to the phone call that could draw a direct line to President Trump on the Ukraine plot. Aired on 11/15/19.

Second Witness? Reports That Another Official Heard Sondland And Trump Call – Day That Was | MSNBC
The WH just released a transcript from another call trying to muddy the waters and see what sticks. That way they can ignore the second call and say, “See! There _was_ one call where he didn’t commit a crime!” It’s despicable.

When Does Bribery Result in Federal Charges?

Bribery is a crime that may cause someone to spent time in jail, have fines issued or more severe punishments because the individual has offered or accepted something of value for an exchange in influence over or with a governmental or public official, employee or other person of power.
Many bribes are in the form of gifts or money that provide a preferential treatment in certain matters. These crimes become federally-related when someone involved in the government is affected. Bribes are generally seen when someone in an office, either through public or political, has accepted a gift, money or other asset from another for favor. These bribes affect influence, actions and activity. Some are from owners of a company seeking certain leeway in business practices,

and others may be to change or alter laws that affect the consumer. There are usually no written agreements needed to prove these crimes with law enforcement and prosecutors. However, there must be some form of corrupt intention behind the action. Most of these cases have both parties issued the crime of bribery when discovered.
Bribery Elements Explained
In order for charges of bribery to be proven, it must be shown that there was an exchange of something valuable for either money or something else of value. This usually includes political or public influence or persons that have this power to either give or take it from another, but it could be others involved with similar motives and actions. However, the prosecutor trying the case must only show an agreement between the two parties exists. This could mean that a taped confession or a video recording of the arrangement might suffice as evidence to convict. This makes the defense strategy harder to prove innocence.
In short, bribery requires
corrupt intent which didn’t happen in the case they are trying to place against the President.

I wanted to let you know about the latest update in the Jeffery Epseitin case.Well ,,those security guards. They were suppose to be checking his cell every 30 minutes turned down a Plea Deal from prosecutors .
I think this is really newsworthy Rachel so it seems this is an ongoing investigation.All I can tell you is this is a very reliable source this came from.Maybe you could do an update some day.
