Hear from a leading scientist about a massive seaweed blob twice the size of the US that's headed toward the Florida coast. Blooms of this seaweed, also known as sargassum, move toward the US every year. This year’s bloom could be the largest ever, collectively spanning more than 5,000 miles (8,047 kilometers) from the shores of Africa to the Gulf of Mexico. #CNN #News #shorts

Gather it compost it and turn it into quality fertilizer
I’ve been posting that about Floriduh politicians for years.
Nothing so far ….
Who’ll buy it???
Who’ll pay the deficit???
The “problem” will come again & again & again!!!
…(same procedure every time???)
@OUTLAW ALL BILLIONAIRZ 😂❤
Knowing Florida, they will put it on busses and send to Chicago or the vice-president’s house!
It’s a good fertilizer and soil conditioner. You can make cosmetics, biomass for fuel or animal or fish feed. I think it’s very valuable 💵💰
Florida- I guess Karma is woke
Oh boy. You win the best comment.
Ha!
😂
It couldn’t have hit a better place 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂Haha 😂
Awesome. Like your handle.
Its called nature.
Everyone in Floriduh, shooting at seaweed, then running away 🏃
its pronounced “Flarduh” not “Floriduh”
Most likely this seaweed has a lot of iodine and would make a great fertilizer.
Also high levels of arsenic
@Arron Smithmeh. Nothing wrong with a bit of arsenic. Put it in face powder like the old days for that lovely pale glow of perfection!
tons of organic carbon can be turned into fertilizer, why does no one see this?
It’s for the health of the people
Could it deprive a Governor enough oxygen to breathe?
Oh I see you want to do to him JUST as he’s doing to you, as you would do to him ANYWAY if he didn’t do to you.
13 to zero in favor 😂
Too bad we don’t eat it.
Bye bye tourism
Seaweed is edible. “Farm” it, package it & call it Soylent Green.
It’s Earth way of saying what the heck are you doing to me?!?!?
Chinese will eat it! 😮
With your favorite dressing, it’s a tasty salad.
Seaweed has been used for thousands of years by the people of my homeland of Ireland as nutrition for the soil.
This can be used to make iodine and other meds. Kelp is also a food source. This may not be as much of a bad thing. Time to harvest.
Here’s the question, Is this normal for seaweed to be this big, and if not does this point to a serious problem with our world oceans?
