Republicans stance on covid – let God sort them out
I have grave (unintentional pun) doubts about God sorting it all out. I had a philosophical argument with someone who was sure that God is on Trump’s side. I told her that if her “heaven” included Trump, that I would revel in my arrival to any destination NOT containing Trump. It seems to me that the majority of the “religious” supporters of Trump might be significantly confused when they get their “ticket” to the hereafter. Particularly when they see that they’ve been issued the flame-colored ticket.
I think, however, that ones’ “heaven” is likely to contain those of like mind. So what to ME would be literal hell might, to a trump voter, be heaven. ie they may never know they’ve gone to hell.
As someone who has taken multiple religious classes and studied the bible extensively, I’m flummoxed that he has any “evangelical” support.
I live in hope that God really will explain (with small single-syllable words) to the Trump cult exactly why they have been banished from his presence.

Aside from that, my kids were raised based on guidelines and advice from many of these [now] misguided individuals.
